Approved contract PDF
Preview the approved fixed template and terms, then print/save it as PDF. Upload the resulting PDF to archive it in the private bucket. Staging outputs carry a TEST/DEMO watermark.
Customer portal
Only authorized, executed and effective records for this customer are visible.
Customer portal authorization
Management can authorize access only after a signed contract exists and is effective.
Signed contract upload
Commercial Staff uploads the signed PDF (up to 10 MiB). The system records signature, effective, service-start, and billing-start dates separately.
